How SongBid works: pay to rank. Submit an AI song with a link to wherever people can already listen to it. To get on the board you pay at least the current #1 bid ($5 if the board is empty). Highest bid sits at #1. No ads, no accounts, no approval queue.

New songs are whole US dollars. The minimum is $5, or the current #1 price — whichever is higher. Bids keep their amount until raised or outranked — nothing expires, nothing decays. Equal bids stay in the order they were placed — the older bid keeps the higher rank. Bid more than #1 to take the top spot. Resubmit the same listen link to raise that song; you only pay the difference between your old bid and the new one.

Listen links go straight through — no gate, no embed, no signup. Click counts and votes are public and never affect rank; rank is the bid, nothing else.

A completed payment is what claims the rank.
